Chief Investment Officer
Frank directs overall investment management for BlueLine. He was previously Partner and Portfolio Manager of Weyland Capital Management, responsible for the research, implementation and management of the firm's portfolios. Prior to Weyland, he was the Investment Officer for Southern Methodist University's college endowment. Frank began his career at Russell Investments as a Research Analyst on the firm's well regarded strategy research team.

Jennifer Young
Operations Manager
Jenn helps manage overall operations for BlueLine. Prior to joining the firm, she was an Analyst at Tudor Investments covering industrials and chemical companies. Previously, Jenn was the operations manager of a family business, and began her career as an environmental engineer at EarthTech Consulting specializing in environmental remediation. Jenn is active in the community and volunteers as Treasurer of the Exeter Youth Soccer Association.

Bruce Dresner
Bruce Dresner, CFA
Special Advisor to the Firm
Bruce advises BlueLine Advisors on market strategy, corporate development, and strategic direction. He previously served as Chief Investment Officer for the endowments of Dartmouth College and Columbia University and has held senior investment roles at BlackRock and the Quellos Group. Bruce currently serves on the boards of several corporations and nonprofit organizations.

Paula provides comprehensive financial planning and retirement income planning for BlueLine Advisors' clients. Her practice focuses on helping business owners and guiding women through divorce and other significant financial transitions. Previously, she advised high-net-worth clients at Ally Wealth Management and served as Senior Vice President at Clarfeld Citizens Private Wealth Management. Paula began her career at Fidelity Investments, where she held client-facing and leadership roles.

Eric directs client relations, marketing, and sales for BlueLine. He was previously a Partner of GIA Investment Advisors, where he was responsible for the management of the firm's clients and overall marketing efforts. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, he is able to provide clients and prospects with comprehensive solutions.

Stacey supports BlueLine's client services, database management, onboarding, and marketing. She previously worked at M/A Com Adams Russell providing technical support for international military cable and antenna sales. She also brings 17 years of special education experience at East Kingston Elementary and Barnard School, creating alternative learning plans for students with learning disabilities.

Whether he's greeting everyone at the door, supervising from a sunny spot on the floor, or insisting it's time for a walk during a long afternoon, he makes sure no one at BlueLine takes themselves too seriously.

His areas of expertise include tennis balls, beach sprints, and reminding us that the best plans often start with a deep breath of fresh air.
